The mission of this blog is to get out of debt (currently $12K).
Start different projects to create income.
Get rid of all bad debt (credit cards and debt that does not generate an income).
It is okay to get good debt, that is debt that I do not have to pay
or in other words: debt that other people pay for me (maybe my first investment property
a small family house or condominium).
The main key here is to use O.P.M. (other people's money).
Using the banks money to buy Assets (things that put money into your pocket).
Also create products that generate a cashflow: ebooks, small businesses (service oriented:
the bad thing is it takes too much time our most valuable asset), products (t-shirts, cups ... etc.)
